- Anonymous reports are accepted and will be investigated to the fullest extent possible, though providing your identity may enhance the investigation process.
6. Non-Retaliation
- Triple A MFB prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith under this Policy.
- Retaliation includes dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any adverse employment action.
- Employees found retaliating against a whistleblower will face disciplinary action, which may include termination.
7. Investigation Process
- All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated by an impartial team designated by Triple A MFB.
- Investigations will be conducted fairly and objectively, respecting the rights of all involved parties.
- You may be contacted for additional information, though participation remains voluntary.
- If wrongdoing is substantiated, appropriate corrective measures will be implemented.
8. False Reports
- Good-faith reports, even if unproven, will not lead to disciplinary action.
- However, knowingly submitting false or malicious reports may result in disciplinary measures, in line with Triple A MFB’s policies.
