He is one of the pioneering staff of the Bank and as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, he is saddled with the responsibility of overall control and supervision of all activities of the Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
He is an Associate Member (ACIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) with the same CIBN. Also, he is an Associate member (AERP) of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals of Nigeria.
He worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mathematics and a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Physics, Ohio University. He moved to Switzerland after his doctorate degree and he worked there as a Postdoctoral Associate at the InstitutfuerMittelEnergiePhysik, ETH-Honggerberg, Zurich.
He returned to the Centre for Energy Research and Training (CERT), A.B.U. in 1991. He took early retirement from A.B.U. in 2002 and has worked at Bologi Nigeria Ltd as the Managing Director to date. He is the Chairman of the Board Committee on Finance, Audit & Information Technology of the Bank.
She was a hospital Administrator at the Racheal Eye Center, Abuja from 1996 to 1998, Manager at ELTEES Limited from 1998 to 2000, Business Development Director at MAMRE Builders Limited, 2000 to 2010, Director at Head2Toe W. Limited Abuja from 2010 till date and Director at SY REHOBOTH Ventures from 2010 till date.
Glory Oluyombo a trained Agricultural Economist is a multipreneur businesswoman; event planner, cleaning consultant, fashion designer, and boutique owner.

She joined Triple A MFB in 2014 as the Head of Cooperative & Corporate Business Department Skills Acquisition Training & Entrepreneurial Development and has facilitated several Skills Acquisition training programs on behalf of the Bank in the city of Abuja.
But now, he is also saddled with the responsibility of the Company Secretariat Management. Mr. Ugbeda E. Preacher has attended local and international training in ICT-related programs and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
